The area where the villa is situated is hilly and mountainous.
To access the villa there is a path which is 400cm wide, there are no steps to the front door but the driveway is steep, the front door is 80cm wide. The lounge door is 150cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 150cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 190cm wide, the path to the pool is 230cm wide. The pool/terrace grounds are flat and paved with a ramp to the pool. The pool has a ladder. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms on the ground floor level, the bedroom doors are 80cm wide and the shower room doors are 65cm wide, both are ensuite shower rooms. There are 14 steps leading to the mezzanine level, on this level there is 1 bedroom and 1 shower room. The bedroom door is 80cm wide, the shower room door is 60cm wide. It is an ensuite shower room.
