The area where the villa is situated is fairly hilly and mountainous. The villa is on one level, it is situated on a mountainside. There is a lift to access the front door from the main drive area, the lift door is 84cm wide and the interior is 93cm wide. There is also a path to the front door which is 190cm wide, the front door is 88cm wide. The lounge and kitchen/dining room doors are 84cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 250cm wide. The outside grounds are spacious and level. The pool has steps. The bedroom doors are 77cm wide and the bathroom door is 110cm wide, this is a shower type bathroom.
