Villa Maria Theo is a brand new villa on the hillside at Trapezaki above the glorious coastline, just a short distance from a local minimarket and a selection of tavernas. The beach at Trapezaki is just 1000 metres away, but down a steep hill!

Villa Maria Theo offers just one bedroom and shower room with very spacious, modern living areas opening out to the open pool terrace with glorious views. The pool, with built in steps to access, holds pride of place but there is also an alfresco dining area with built in barbecue for your enjoyment and a comfortable outside sitting area, this is a very comfortable holiday villa for just two people.

The villa is on one level. To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide, leading to the front door which is 90cm wide. The lounge door is 80cm wide and the kitchen/dining room is 90cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 100cm wide, the path to the pool is 100cm wide. The outside grounds are flat and paved. The pool has steps. The bedroom doors are 80cm wide and the bathroom doors are 70cm wide, this is a shower type bathroom. Resort Description

Just over 30 minutes’ drive from the Airport, Trapezaki is a quiet area located on a steep olive clad hillside in the shade of Mount Aenos. Half way between the Town of Argostoli and the resort of Skala, the busier resort of Lourdas is close by which offers a larger choice of facilities and a long sandy beach.

Trapezaki is ideal for a quiet relaxing holiday. There is a scattering of small mini markets and a few tavernas on the hillside near to the villas and a peaceful bay with a beautiful sandy beach and crystal clear waters ideal for swimming, backed by a good beachside restaurant. You can find some beautiful unspoilt areas within Trapazaki Bay and the views from the villas are second to none offering the most incredible panoramic views over the Ionian Sea.
