You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

To access the villa there is a path which is 130cm wide alongside 1 step. The front door has a width of 95cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 130cm wide. The terrace area is flat and tiled, with a wrap around lawn. There is a small lip down from the covered terrace area. The pool itself requires step access. The bedroom on the ground floor has a door width of 90cm, whilst the shower room door is 80cm wide. There are 17 steps to the first floor where the bedroom and shower room door is 80cm wide. The doors into the lounge/kitchen are 130cm wide.
