Managed to speak to someone quickly and they emailed information promptly and had listened to what I needed so service was good.. spoke to someone different the next day and all the information had been recorded so the conversation was easy . Biggest benefit was talking to a real person and not having to navigate lots of AI conversations /options .
The phone is answered quickly, staff are polite, helpful and knowledgeable. If you have a query they are always happy to help or sort any problems. We would definitely recommend Solmar.

This villa is in a mostly flat area. To access the villa there is a 100cm wide path and 8 steps. The front door has a width of 84cm. The door to the terrace is 88cm wide. There are 2 steps from the raised terrace to the pool terrace, which is flat and paved. There are 6 steps into the pool. The door from the outside to the ground floor open plan lounge/diner/kitchen is 88cm wide. There is 1 bedroom on the ground floor, the bedroom door is 77cm wide, and the shower room door is 69cm wide. There are 17 steps to the first floor, both bedroom doors are 76cm wide, the doors to the ensuites are 69cm wide, both ensuites contain a shower. There are also stairs down to the lower ground floor, containing the chill out area and another shower room. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
