Katelios is a little gem of a resort almost at the southernmost point of Kefalonia island and just 5km from the better known resort of Skala.
Backed by mountains, this traditional fishing village which is still very much operational with the daily catch being brought into the tiny harbour each morning, is perfect for a lazy, laid back and relaxing holiday by the sea.
As you would expect, a selection of restaurants serving excellent fresh fish and seafood are available along with a few café’s and the odd bar. These are supplemented by a couple of minimarkets stocking the essentials you will require for a perfect holiday – and if you are looking for more vibrant nightlife, Skala is only a short drive away.
Just five minutes drive away one of the largest sandy beaches on the island, Mouda beach, or Turtle beach as it is often known, is waiting with its endless expanse of sand.

To access the villa there is a path which is 130cm wide, leading to 3 steps to the front door, the front door is 90cm wide, there is also a ramp. The lounge door is 90cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 90cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 130cm wide, The pool/terrace grounds are flat and even. The pool has 5 steps. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the ground floor level, the bedroom doors are 90cm wide and the bathroom doors are 90cm wide, there is 1 ensuite shower room and 1 separate shower room. There is a spiral staircase with 10 steps leading to the first floor level, there is also an external staircase. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bedroom doors are 90cm wide, the bathroom doors are 90cm wide. They are 2 separate bathrooms.
