This villa is in a mostly flat area. To access the villa there is a wide driveway and 4 steps. The front door has a width of 83cm. The door to the terrace is 130cm wide. There are 5 steps from the villas raised terrace to the grass area, then a further 20cm step from the lawn to the paved pool terrace. There are 5 steps into the pool. The door to the lounge/diner is 143cm wide, and the door to the kitchen is 69cm wide. There is a shower room on the ground floor.
