Ai Helis is a sleepy coastal area just south of the traditional village of Svoronata in Leivathos and only around 15 minutes drive from the capital town, Argostoli. Ai Helis offers a glorious deep bay of golden sand and shallow crystal clear water gazing out at the tiny islet of Zeus and backed by cliffs. Along the cliff edge are some very exclusive Greek summer homes and holiday villas.
The beach offers a small snack bar in high summer as well as sunbeds and parasols for rent and it is popular for beach volley games in the late afternoon. Just inland are a smattering of tavernas, restaurants and a couple of mini markets to choose from all within a few minutes easy stroll along country lanes whilst the larger supermarkets are just a short drive away. Apart from Argostoli itself there are also a few places of interest within 10 minutes drive of Ai Helis – including the Castle of St. George and St. Andreas Monastery which are both well worth a visit. For a change of scenery, the stunning beaches of Avithos, Megalipetra and Ammes are close by to name just a few.

To access the villa there is a path which is 4m wide along with 10 steps up to the villa itself. The front door has a width of 90cm and other doors that access the pool area are 3m wide. Paths from the villa to the pool are 1m wide, the grounds are flat but there is step access to outside from all doors and the pool has roman steps to enter. Inside there are 3 steps to living area. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 90cm wide and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 80cm wide which is the shower room. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 300cm wide and the door into the lounge area is 90cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
