Managed to speak to someone quickly and they emailed information promptly and had listened to what I needed so service was good.. spoke to someone different the next day and all the information had been recorded so the conversation was easy . Biggest benefit was talking to a real person and not having to navigate lots of AI conversations /options .
The phone is answered quickly, staff are polite, helpful and knowledgeable. If you have a query they are always happy to help or sort any problems. We would definitely recommend Solmar.

This villa is in a hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide alongside 5 steps. The front door has a width of 85cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 85cm wide. Outside, the alfresco dining is accessed via 5 steps. The poolside is surrounded by decking and mostly flat. Inside, there are 5 steps between the lounge and the kitchen/dining area. These steps are also required to access the ground-floor bedroom. The door into the lounge/kitchen is 100cm wide. There are 22 steps to the first floor. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
