Overall, this is a wonderful villa that provides you with everything you need for a memorable stay. Very well equipped kitchen as well. The villa is bigger than it appears on photos! The views, facilities, etc. are all amazing and kept at a high cleanliness. The cleaners come to ask if you need anything mid-visit. Great location, privacy is given and you are close to the beach and shops. The only constructive criticism would be: 1) the parking spot is a challenge to drive into but you can park outside the gate (make sure you have a car to access the villa!), 2) If you are allergic to cats, or don't prefer cats, this might not be your perfect stay, as there are a lot of them that will be in your garden and look to be fed or enter the villa. For us it was fine but it depends on the visitor and their preferences. Our stay: 8 days in October, 3 adults.

The washing machine had a broken handle. There were over 10 cats in the area being fed by cleaners and owners which meant you couldn’t eat outside or even leave the door open for a second, nor get in or out without needing to splash water at them. The bed was creaking constantly and uncomfortable so didn’t sleep well. The toilet paper wasn’t restocked we had to buy this ourselves.

Unfortunately, our stay at House Konstantinos was anything but relaxing. Upon our arrival, the internet was not working, which was particularly frustrating as we were relying on a stable connection. It was repaired next day. The promised access to Netflix on the TV was also not available – a disappointing experience, especially since it was explicitly advertised. On our second evening, we experienced a power outage that lasted several hours, ruining our plans for the evening. Another issue was the leaking sink, which had to be repaired during our stay, adding extra stress. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, with hard mattresses that caused us sleepless nights. Additionally, the air conditioning was constantly dripping outside of the house when in use, making the balcony and terrace unpleasantly wet and barely usable. The pool, which was supposed to be a highlight, became unusable in the last two days as the water turned green and murky. The leisure facilities in the house were also disappointing: while there was a pool table, only one cue was even usable. The only consolation was the beautiful view from the garden/pool, which provided beautiful peaceful moments and sunsets. However, this couldn’t make up for the many shortcomings. Conclusion: We are very disappointed and cannot recommend Villa Konstantinos in its current condition. There is an urgent need for improvements before one can speak of a "Luxury Villa" here.

This villa is in a hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a 400cm wide path and 5 steps. The front door has a width of 98cm. The door to the terrace is 160cm wide. The terrace around the pool is slightly uneven, consisting of artificial grass and tiles. There are steps into the pool. The lounge/dining/kitchen area is open plan. All 3 bedrooms are located on the first floor. There are 14 steps to the first floor, the widest first floor bedroom door is 75cm wide, and the door to the shower room is 66cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
