Managed to speak to someone quickly and they emailed information promptly and had listened to what I needed so service was good.. spoke to someone different the next day and all the information had been recorded so the conversation was easy . Biggest benefit was talking to a real person and not having to navigate lots of AI conversations /options .
The phone is answered quickly, staff are polite, helpful and knowledgeable. If you have a query they are always happy to help or sort any problems. We would definitely recommend Solmar.

The area where the villa is situated is fairly hilly and mountainous. To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide, leading to 7 steps to the front door, the front door is 78cm wide. The lounge and kitchen/dining room doors are both 78cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 100cm wide. There are 30 steps towards the pool area, this area is uneven and hilly, the pathway around the pool is 100cm wide. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps. The ground floor bedroom doors are 72cm wide and the ground floor bathroom door is 60cm wide, this is a shower type bathroom.
