Only just booked holiday, but all good so far. Phoned for advice, call was answered quickly and query resolved. Booked online and there was an issue with flights not appearing on confirmation. Called again, picked up straight away and advised flights would be added manually on system. They appeared almost immediately with follow up email, so very impressed with service. Looking forward to holiday and receiving additional information from their ‘concierge service’. If the rest of the holiday process is as good as the initial booking, I’ll recommend without hesitation.

Managed to speak to someone quickly and they emailed information promptly and had listened to what I needed so service was good.. spoke to someone different the next day and all the information had been recorded so the conversation was easy . Biggest benefit was talking to a real person and not having to navigate lots of AI conversations /options .
The phone is answered quickly, staff are polite, helpful and knowledgeable. If you have a query they are always happy to help or sort any problems. We would definitely recommend Solmar.

Please note, this villa is in a hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide. The front door has a width of 82cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 100cm wide. There are 13 steps to the poolside from the living room balcony. There are stepping stones to the pool, whilst the terrace is mostly grass. There is a slope down to the additional lawn area. These can be seen in the images. This is a ground floor property, where the double bedroom and ensuite doors are 72cm wide. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 82cm wide and the door into the lounge area is also 82cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
