Only just booked holiday, but all good so far. Phoned for advice, call was answered quickly and query resolved. Booked online and there was an issue with flights not appearing on confirmation. Called again, picked up straight away and advised flights would be added manually on system. They appeared almost immediately with follow up email, so very impressed with service. Looking forward to holiday and receiving additional information from their ‘concierge service’. If the rest of the holiday process is as good as the initial booking, I’ll recommend without hesitation.

Managed to speak to someone quickly and they emailed information promptly and had listened to what I needed so service was good.. spoke to someone different the next day and all the information had been recorded so the conversation was easy . Biggest benefit was talking to a real person and not having to navigate lots of AI conversations /options .
The phone is answered quickly, staff are polite, helpful and knowledgeable. If you have a query they are always happy to help or sort any problems. We would definitely recommend Solmar.

This villa is in a hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a 110cm wide path and 23 steps. The front door has a width of 96cm. The terrace is accessed from the lower ground floor, the door to the terrace is 96cm wide, the terrace is flat and paved with some grass. There are 4 steps into the pool. The door to the lounge area is 96cm wide, the door to the kitchen area is 96cm wide. There is 1 bedroom on the ground floor, the bedroom door is 77cm wide, and the door to the ensuite is 60cm wide, this ensuite contains a walk in shower. There are 20 steps up to the first floor, the widest bedroom door is 68cm, and the door to the ensuite is 68cm wide, this ensuite contains a walk in shower. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
