You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.

- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

There is 1 step from the lower ground floor to the garden gate, and then a ramp leading to the lawn area which surrounds the pool terrace. There are 4 steps into the pool and also a ladder. The door to the lower ground floor open plan lounge/diner/kitchen is 96cm wide. The door to the ground floor bedroom is 77cm wide, the door to the ensuite is 60cm, this ensuite contains a walk in shower. There are 20 steps down to the lower ground floor, the lower ground floor bedroom door is 68cm wide, and the door to the ensuite is 63cm wide, the ensuite contains a walk in shower.
