Villa Sivilla is an idyllic place to spend lazy days soaking up the Greek sunshine and gazing out to sea.
With beautiful panoramic views across the lush green hillside and down to the charming harbour and quaint little bays along the coast, and Corfu Town in the distance; Sivilla is an idyllic place to spend lazy days soaking up the Greek sunshine and gazing out to sea. The villa itself is large and impressive, with four ensuite bedrooms each offering air conditioning and patio doors onto a balcony with sea views. The main communal area, comprising a spacious lounge, dining room and kitchen is open plan and has been deliberately located on the upper floor of the villa to ensure the best of the views, and from here there is direct access via huge sliding doors to the large partly covered balcony offering even more spectacular sea views from the sitting and dining areas. Access from the kitchen at the rear leads to the glorious shell shaped infinity swimming pool and surrounding terrace. In this secluded area, a barbecue is provided as well as plenty of sunbathing furniture to ensure that outdoor living is as comfortable as possible. There is also table tennis for some light entertainment located on the upper terrace.
All in all Villa Sivilla is an ideal property for a larger group which has been extremely popular ever since it was first available for holiday rental.

This villa is in an exceptionally hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there are 10 steps. The front door has a width of 83cm and other doors that access the pool area are 81cm wide. The grounds are tiled with local stone but are even and the pool has roman steps to enter. The villa is on 2 levels: the lower level has 3 bedrooms/en suite bathrooms and the upper level has the living area, kitchen, 1 bedroom, en suite and access to pool. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 81cm wide and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 79cm wide. Local bus route takes you to other areas and we visited city Old town and Kassiopi both lovely areas and only 2.30 euro. The Villa is as great size as well.

Villa Sivilla is absolutely beautiful. The gardens and swimming pool are amazing and the view from the terrace is stunning. We had a relaxed week in wonderful surroundings. It was a short walk to a small beach with crystal clear sea. Some great tavernas and bars in walking distance too.

Very clean and well presented villa that's ideal for large groups and families. Lovely small harbour and beach with a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. We found more eating places than the impression that trip advisor gave. Would recommend hiring a small boat from the harbour to explore the coast and bays heading north.

This villa is fabulous. It was spacious, well equipped and the views from the terrace and around the pool were stunning. It is slightly uphill from a small supermarket and Taverna which are about a five minute walk with another larger supermarket 10 minutes walk away (which will deliver your shopping) and the very pretty beach and a few other tavernas also 10 minutes away. We didn’t hire a car as we didn’t want to travel anywhere and we didn’t need one. There’s a bus stop at the bottom of the road that we used one day to go to Ipsos where there are more facilities if you want them. Anne , the local rep was great when we text her with a small problem and sorted out a visit from a doctor quickly and without fuss. This is a lovely villa and perfect for families. We were a party of 5 adults and 3 children.

The villa is beautiful and maintained to a high standard. It is within a few minutes walk of a small shop and a few restaurants. A 10-15 minute walk takes you to lovely restaurants on the sea front. Barbati beach is a short drive away and has lots of sun loungers for hire (only 10 euros a day for a pair) and lots of bars and restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely location with just a very short walk to excellent restaurants and other shops. Beach although very small 10 mins walk. Vista from the living room over the sea was immense and we never tired of sitting outside and viewing over to Albania or Corfu town. Plenty of space for 8 people, all bedrooms with en suite. Nice and clean both inside and out. Loved it.
