With its laid-back atmosphere and friendly locals, you’ll get a chance to soak up the real Corfiot culture.

Covered in a blanket of olive groves and vineyards, all backed by a breath-taking view of the Ionian Sea, Lefkimi is overflowing with natural beauty. A wander around the maze of narrow cobbled streets fringed with Venetian-style buildings, antique piazzas, and pastel-coloured houses will leave you hooked. Split in half by a small river, fishermen travel up and down for access to the sea, so it’s no surprise Lefkimi is famous for its fresh and delicious seafood. For a taste of the island, head to the open-air coffee shops, family-run restaurants, and traditional tavernas on the riverside for some tasty Greek delicacies.

If you’re craving some sun, sand, and sea, there are two beaches nearby called Molou and Alikes Bay, with golden sands and calm turquoise waters suitable for swimming - these sublime bays make for the perfect family beach trip. Further afield, a ten-minute drive will take you to Vitalades Beach, including a scattering of sun loungers and beach bars, there’s no better place to truly relax and get away from it all.

Great Villa with plenty of outdoor space in a rural setting but only a 10 minute walk into Kavos with its bars and restaurants. Also short walk to beach and plenty of options for water sports. A 20 minute drive provides several good sandy beaches and beach bars. The villa owner was very helpful and wanted to ensure we had no issues during our stay and even offered to get our daughter some medication when she was feeling unwell.

What a lovely villa not far from all the local amenities Pool is small but is lovely and is also lovely in the late evening to relax in Air con in the bedrooms, large living room and a whole area downstairs that we didn’t even use as the villa was so big WiFi was great, no issues there. I don’t have any bad things to say, if you want to book for your family, this is the place to go for sure Shower wasn’t the best inside but there’s one outside which is good enough to use as it’s private but also so warm there

The villa was fully equipped with everything you could need. There is a huge fridge with a small freezer, so if you want to self cater, there’s plenty of storage. There’s also a Lidl around 15 minutes drive away where you can stock up. The outside space and bbq area are stunning and very relaxing. There are more than enough sunbeds and seating areas for both sun and shade. The outside bbq area was fantastic and allowed us to socialise outside while cooking on the bbq. Having the pool was also an added bonus. There is a huge parking area inside the grounds, which are gated off, offering total privacy and security. The villa could benefit from a second shower as this needed to be shared by all occupants. If the villa is being used at full capacity, this could be a problem however there is a bath in the main en-suite with a shower spray. Located around 15 minutes stroll away from Kavos town. Some great tavernas given options for eating. We favoured Pavlos and Terry’s as both great for gluten free options. I wouldn’t hesitate to return here as it’s a great place to stay and would whole heartedly recommend this villa.

To access the villa there are 5 steps to the front door, the front door is 90cm wide. The lounge door is 78cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 90cm wide, there are 6 steps leading to the pool and alfresco dining area. The grounds around the pool are grass. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps.
