Please note, this villa is in a hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 450cm wide, alongside a ramp. The front door has a width of 75cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 74.5cm wide. The terrace is open and spacious, however there are slopes and steps around the exteriors. There is also crazy paving leading to the BBQ area, and 8 steps down to the poolside. The ground floor bedroom door is 79cm wide, whilst the shower room door is 75cm wide. Only just booked holiday, but all good so far. Phoned for advice, call was answered quickly and query resolved. Booked online and there was an issue with flights not appearing on confirmation. Called again, picked up straight away and advised flights would be added manually on system. They appeared almost immediately with follow up email, so very impressed with service. Looking forward to holiday and receiving additional information from their ‘concierge service’. If the rest of the holiday process is as good as the initial booking, I’ll recommend without hesitation.

Managed to speak to someone quickly and they emailed information promptly and had listened to what I needed so service was good.. spoke to someone different the next day and all the information had been recorded so the conversation was easy . Biggest benefit was talking to a real person and not having to navigate lots of AI conversations /options .
The phone is answered quickly, staff are polite, helpful and knowledgeable. If you have a query they are always happy to help or sort any problems. We would definitely recommend Solmar.
