Please note, as can be seen in the images, this villa sits in a hilly/mountainous area and sits in an elevated position. The parking area is crazy paved so can be a little uneven in places. To access the villa there is a path which is 90cm wide alongside 1 step. The front door has a width of 90cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 140cm wide. There is a small step down from the shaded seating area to the poolside. The poolside is flat and tiled. The pool itself has step access. The ground floor bedroom door is 80cm wide, whilst the ensuite door is 70cm wide. There are 17 steps to the first floor. Kalami is the perfect base to take a boat and explore the northeast coast, as well as walk the coastal path towards Agni to the south and Aghios Stefanos in the north.
