This villa is in a hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 210cm wide alongside 3 steps. The front door has a width of 100cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 120cm wide. The terrace is a mixture of tiles and lawn. There is a step down from the covered terrace area, and stepping stones to the poolside. The pool itself has step access. There are two steps to the BBQ and games area. Inside, from the open plan lounge/kitchen there are 4 steps leading to bedrooms 3,4 & 5. Bedroom 5 has a door width of 77cm, whilst the ensuite door is 72cm wide. There are 20 steps to the lower ground floor. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 210cm wide and the door into the lounge area is also 210cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
