Please note, this villa is in a hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 90cm wide alongside 18 steps. You can also enter the villa via the lower ground floor and use the internal lift to the other floors (except the roof terrace). The lift door is 89cm wide. The tennis court is accessed half way down the steep driveway. The front door has a width of 130cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 164cm wide. The terrace is open-plan, flat and tiled, with a small lip over the patio doors. The pool itself has step access. Inside, there are 2 steps from the kitchen to the lounge area. The ground floor bedroom and ensuite doors are 67cm wide. There are 18 steps to the first floor. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 130cm wide and the door into the lounge area is also 130cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
