Please note, this villa sits in a hilly/mountainous area. The villa is located on a steep hill, however the villa sits towards the bottom of this hill where the beach is located. To access the villa there is a path which is 96cm wide alongside 5 steps. The front door has a width of 81cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 170cm wide. The terrace is crazy paved and can be uneven in places. There is a small step down from the alfresco dining area to the poolside. The pool has ladder access. This is a ground floor property. The double bedroom door is 75cm wide, whilst the ensuite door is 62cm wide. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 81cm wide and the door into the lounge area is also 81cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
