Aghios Stefanos (often referred to as San Stephano or even Saint Stephanos) is one of the most picturesque seaside villages in Corfu. Located on the rugged and delightfully pretty northeast coastline and sandwiched between two equally attractive hamlets of Kerasia and Avlaki, Aghios Stefanos has a very upmarket ambiance. The village is frequented by celebrities and members of the British aristocracy, with the bays around the area playing host to super yachts.

The surrounding area where the villa is situated is fairly hilly and mountainous. To access the villa there is a path which is 120cm wide this leads to 11 steps to the front door, the front door is 100cm wide. The lounge and kitchen/dining room is open plan. To access the the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 130cm wide, the grounds around the pool area are uneven and to access this area there are multiple levels from the villa to the pool. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps. There are 2 steps leading to the ground floor bedrooms and bathrooms. The ground floor bedroom doors are 78cm wide and the ground floor bathroom doors are 70cm wide, this is a shower type bathroom.
