Please note, this villa is in a hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 150cm wide alongside 1 step from the parking area. The front door has a width of 120cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 120cm wide. Outside, there is 1 step from the front door to the path that leads to the poolside. The path is 150cm wide. To access the BBQ area, there is 1 further step. The poolside is crazy paved so can be uneven in places. The pool itself has ladder access. Inside there are no ground floor bedrooms or bathrooms. There are 15 steps to the first floor where the twin bedroom door is 80cm wide, and the bathroom door is 60cm wide. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 120cm wide and the door into the lounge area is also 120cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
