Managed to speak to someone quickly and they emailed information promptly and had listened to what I needed so service was good.. spoke to someone different the next day and all the information had been recorded so the conversation was easy . Biggest benefit was talking to a real person and not having to navigate lots of AI conversations /options .
The phone is answered quickly, staff are polite, helpful and knowledgeable. If you have a query they are always happy to help or sort any problems. We would definitely recommend Solmar.

Accessibility information
The area where the villa is situated is fairly hilly and mountainous. The villa is on one level. To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide, leading to 3 steps to the front door, the front door is 100cm wide. Inside, to access 3 of the bedrooms, there are 2 internal steps. However, there is an ensuite bedroom that can be accessed with no internal steps. The lounge and kitchen/dining are both 100cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door that is 100cm wide, the outside grounds are uneven and hilly, and the path around the pool is 150cm wide. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps. The bedroom doors are 76cm wide and the bathroom doors are 68cm wide, this is a shower type bathroom. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
