Only just booked holiday, but all good so far. Phoned for advice, call was answered quickly and query resolved. Booked online and there was an issue with flights not appearing on confirmation. Called again, picked up straight away and advised flights would be added manually on system. They appeared almost immediately with follow up email, so very impressed with service. Looking forward to holiday and receiving additional information from their ‘concierge service’. If the rest of the holiday process is as good as the initial booking, I’ll recommend without hesitation.

Managed to speak to someone quickly and they emailed information promptly and had listened to what I needed so service was good.. spoke to someone different the next day and all the information had been recorded so the conversation was easy . Biggest benefit was talking to a real person and not having to navigate lots of AI conversations /options .
The phone is answered quickly, staff are polite, helpful and knowledgeable. If you have a query they are always happy to help or sort any problems. We would definitely recommend Solmar.

This villa is in a mostly flat area. To access the villa there is an 400cm wide path and 9 steps. The front door has a width of 80cm. The door to the terrace is 110cm wide, there are 2 steps down from the covered terrace to the pool area, the terrace around the pool is flat and paved with a lawned area, then there are 5 steps down to the garden area. There is a ladder into the pool. The lounge/kitchen/dining area is open plan. There is 1 bedroom located on the ground floor, another 1 on the lower ground floor, and 4 more on the first floor. The door to the ground floor bedroom is 80cm wide, and the door to the ensuite is 43cm wide, this ensuite contains a shower. There are 16 steps to the first floor, the widest first floor bedroom door is 81cm wide, and the door to the bathroom is 70cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
