Set over one floor and finished to a high standard, there is a spacious open-plan lounge with an adjoining kitchen and dining table, where huge patio doors lead straight out onto the delightful pool terrace. There are a further two spacious bedrooms, one double and one twin, which share a family shower room.

Outside, Villa Paradiso II has been designed to make the most of the Cretan sun. Whether you wish to swim in the private swimming pool, sunbathe on the terrace or dine alfresco while enjoying the beautiful views over the surrounding hills and countryside, this villa offers something for everyone. The resort of Agia Pelagia is built amphitheatre style and there are many steep hills. To access the villa grounds there is a steep incline of roughly 50m. The villa is accessed by a path 100cm wide with 1 step to reach the front door. The front door has a width of 200cm, other access doors are also 200cm wide. The path from the villa to the pool area is 100cm wide and there are no steps, the pool terrace is fairly flat. The pool itself has ladder access only. This villa is single-storey, and the widest bedroom access is to the double bedroom, with the door measuring 76cm wide. The shared shower room is accessed by a door 70cm wide. Resort Description

A small coastal town and seaside resort just 20 kilometres from the capital of Crete, Heraklion. Agia Pelagia offers a small beach offering water sports and diving opportunities and a good choice of restaurants, bars, cafés and shops; but no raucous nightlife, it is mainly a family beach resort, excellently positioned for just relaxing or sightseeing around this fascinating part of Crete.

Just east of Agia Pelagia is the sandy beach of Lygaria, where you can rent umbrellas and sunbeds, or dine at the beach front tavernas. Fortunately Lygaria is protected from the north winds so the sea in the bay is normally calm.
