The villa provided good quality accommodation for our group and was a well laid out house. The outside space was excellent with sensational views. Car access wasn’t for the faint hearted with a very steep and tight driveway. There were some minor problems - Solmar staff helped to try to rectify them - such as a broken a/c unit and poolside umbrella. Overall I would recommend this villa.

Solmar villas was not easy to reach via email, fortunately the staff were easy to reach via Whats app and by phone. the villa had a great view! The villa was very clean. There were even 2 bottles of water in the fridge when we arrived. During our stay there was no broom to sweep the floor, but after I contact with Solmar the broom was there a day later and the house was completely cleaned incl. beds and towels change. We were so surprised! One small point of improvement: the washing machine did not work. And the dishwasher was small for 8 people. We had a great week!

Wonderful views and great location. The driveway is steep, the the young were unfazed! Decent sized pool and comfortable beds (not always the case in Corfu).

This villa is in an exceptionally hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 157cm wide along with 7 steps. There is also ramp access to the front door. The front door has a width of 92cm and other doors that access the pool area are the sliding balcony doors which are 104cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 256cm wide and the stone paving is nonslip and even. There is one step of 11cm that leads to the pool. There are 16 steps that lead from the main living area/kitchen to the upstairs. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 79cm wide which can be either the twin room or the double room. All the bathroom doors have a width of 68cm. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 92cm and the door into the lounge area is also 92cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
