Villa Olivine Pearl is a 4 bedroom villa just a few minutes walk from the popular resort areas of Protaras and Pernera. The nearest beach, bars and restaurants are just a 5 minute walk away. This villa is fully equipped with contemporary furniture and fittings for your comfort and relaxation.

As you enter the villa, you will find an open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area. The living room has comfortable sofas, widescreen TV with satellite channels and free WI-FI connection. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances you need for your self-catering stay as well as a breakfast bar. The ground floor is surrounded by bi-fold patio doors which open up to lead you to the generous landscaped private garden and pool/BBQ/kitchen area outside. There is also a twin bedroom with garden access and a separate bathroom on this floor.

Upstairs, you will find the remaining stylish three bedrooms, two have twin beds and the master has an en-suite shower room. All bedrooms on this floor have patio doors leading onto the large balcony where you can take in the lovely sea views. There is also a main bathroom on this floor with shower and WC. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and bedside cabinets.

Up on the third level, you will find a stunning roof garden with built in kitchen area and covered seating so you can unwind and take in the beautiful sunset.

Outside, in the spacious garden, you will find a barbecue area with an outdoor kitchen for cooking al fresco, and a covered area with comfortable outside sofas, sun loungers alongside the large private pool.

To access the villa there is a path which is 200cm wide alongside 1 step. The front door has a width of 100cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 160cm wide. The terrace is open-plan and flat with tiles, decking and artificial grass. The pool itself has step access. Inside, the ground floor bedroom has a door width of 68cm, whilst the shower room door is 64cm wide. There are 19 steps to the first floor. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 93cm wide and the door into the lounge area is also 120cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
