Managed to speak to someone quickly and they emailed information promptly and had listened to what I needed so service was good.. spoke to someone different the next day and all the information had been recorded so the conversation was easy . Biggest benefit was talking to a real person and not having to navigate lots of AI conversations /options .
The phone is answered quickly, staff are polite, helpful and knowledgeable. If you have a query they are always happy to help or sort any problems. We would definitely recommend Solmar.

This villa is in a mostly flat area. To access the villa there is a 86cm wide path. The front door has a width of 80cm. The door to the terrace is 133cm wide, the terrace is flat and the pool area is surrounded by decking, there are also stairs down to a grass area. There are steps into the pool. The door into the open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area is 95cm wide. There is 1 bedroom located on the ground floor, with 3 more on the lower ground floor. The door to the ground floor bedroom is 71cm wide, and the door to the ensuite is 64cm wide, this ensuite contains a bath with shower over. There are 17 steps down to the lower ground floor, the widest lower ground floor bedroom door is 72cm wide, and the door to the ensuite is 61cm wide, this ensuite contains a bath with shower over. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
