Villa is newly built. A few minor snagging issues and villa could do with a few homely touches, eg. pictures etc. Lovely infinity pool, views and good amount of outdoor space. Location is a bit remote from restaurants and decent supermarket - also from usual tourist site in Paphos etc.

Villa is nice for a base. Liked the modern interior and showers were good. Lovely looking out to the sea from all bedrooms and living area. Not much sun in the pool area and patio around the pool hence ended up sitting on the upstairs patio. Pool felt extremely cold due to lack of sun and was dirty around the waterline. Went to have a glass of wine on the first evening to fine one small glass flute and one glass tumbler, all others were horrible plastic. A distinct lack of equipment for cooking, much of the cutlery felt like it was about to fall to bits. The Solmar rep kindly came with three glasses but I still had to buy more as friends were coming to visit one evening. I appreciate it was the end of the season.

Pomos Seashore Villa was fantastic! It was well equipped, clean and had everything we needed for the week. The location is stunning with fantastic views across the sea and bay of Pomos Harbor. Our only niggles are that the pool in October is overshadowed buy the Villa blocking any direct sunlight so it can be a tad on the chilly side around 22’c water temp. That said it’s just about bearable for a short swim in the lovely Cyprus heat. I would highly recommend that this Villa is generally for adults and wouldn’t recommend children as it’s a little unchilf friendly I.e expensive finish, pool etc. My only other bug bare was it said access to the beach, their is definitely no access to the beach from this Villa! However the neighbors are very friendly and after abit of bribery with a Cold Keo they allowed us to use their steps 😎😎 We would definitely stay here again and would like to thank Solmar Villas for the stress free booking and stay. When accessing the property there is a slight incline on the driveway. To access the villa there is a path which is 350cm wide, leading to 2 steps to the front door, the front door is 82cm wide. The lounge door is 74cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 107cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 120cm wide, the path to the pool is 260cm wide. The outside grounds are flat and even. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps. The ground floor bedroom doors are 74cm wide and the ground floor bathroom door is 65cm wide, this is a shower type bathroom. There are 18 steps leading to the first floor level.
