You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.

- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

When accessing the property there is a slight incline on the driveway. To access the villa there is a path which is 350cm wide, leading to 2 steps to the front door, the front door is 82cm wide. The lounge door is 74cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 107cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 120cm wide, the path to the pool is 260cm wide. The outside grounds are flat and even. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps. The ground floor bedroom doors are 74cm wide and the ground floor bathroom door is 65cm wide, this is a shower type bathroom. There are 18 steps leading to the first floor level.
