To access the villa there is an open path which is 354cm wide with one step. The front door has a width of 78cm whilst other access doors have a width of 83cm. The outside is an open tiled terrace which is relatively flat, with just one step to the poolside which is 33cm high. The pool itself has step access. On entering the villa via the side door, there is a one step that’s 7cm high. On entering the villa via the patio doors there is one step that’s 8cm high. Inside the villa, the widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 61cm wide and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 67cm wide. There are 18 steps to the first floor, where the bedroom door has a width of 70cm, and the bathroom door has a width of 69cm.
