Only just booked holiday, but all good so far. Phoned for advice, call was answered quickly and query resolved. Booked online and there was an issue with flights not appearing on confirmation. Called again, picked up straight away and advised flights would be added manually on system. They appeared almost immediately with follow up email, so very impressed with service. Looking forward to holiday and receiving additional information from their ‘concierge service’. If the rest of the holiday process is as good as the initial booking, I’ll recommend without hesitation.

Managed to speak to someone quickly and they emailed information promptly and had listened to what I needed so service was good.. spoke to someone different the next day and all the information had been recorded so the conversation was easy . Biggest benefit was talking to a real person and not having to navigate lots of AI conversations /options .
The phone is answered quickly, staff are polite, helpful and knowledgeable. If you have a query they are always happy to help or sort any problems. We would definitely recommend Solmar.

The area where the villa is a situated is extremely hilly and mountainous, the road leading up to the property is very steep. To access the villa there is a path which is 126cm wide, leading to 1 step to the front door, the front door is 82cm wide. The kitchen/dining room door is 128cm wide, the living area is open plan. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 71cm wide, the path to the pool is 300cm wide. The outside grounds are flat and even. The pool has steps. There are 2 steps leading to the bedrooms and bathrooms. The bedroom and bathroom doors are 70cm wide, the bathroom is a shower/bath type. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
