Managed to speak to someone quickly and they emailed information promptly and had listened to what I needed so service was good.. spoke to someone different the next day and all the information had been recorded so the conversation was easy . Biggest benefit was talking to a real person and not having to navigate lots of AI conversations /options .
The phone is answered quickly, staff are polite, helpful and knowledgeable. If you have a query they are always happy to help or sort any problems. We would definitely recommend Solmar.

To access the villa there is a path which is 214cm wide, leading to a step to the front door, the front door is 81cm wide. The lounge door is 81cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 120cm wide, the living area is open plan, there is a guest WC on the ground floor level. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 90cm wide, the path to the pool is 432cm wide. The pool/terrace grounds are of wooden decking and concrete slabs, the garden area is gravelled with shrubbery, the outside grounds are flat, even and on one level. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps. There are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the ground floor level. There are 17 steps leading to the first floor level.
