Managed to speak to someone quickly and they emailed information promptly and had listened to what I needed so service was good.. spoke to someone different the next day and all the information had been recorded so the conversation was easy . Biggest benefit was talking to a real person and not having to navigate lots of AI conversations /options .
The phone is answered quickly, staff are polite, helpful and knowledgeable. If you have a query they are always happy to help or sort any problems. We would definitely recommend Solmar.
This is our 6th booking with Solmar Villas. The service is amazing. We book on line and get a follow up phone call, to ask if there is anything else they can support us with. The staff are really helpful, this also includes the representative’s in resort. Would highly recommend Solmar Villas.

Accessibility information
When accessing the property there is a slight incline on the driveway. To access the villa there is a path which is 530cm wide, leading to a step to the front door, the front door is 80cm wide. The lounge door is 160cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 139cm wide, the living area is open plan, there is a guest WC on the ground floor level. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 122cm wide, the path to the pool is 35cm wide. The outside grounds are flat and even, the pool/terrace grounds are tiled and partially wood decking, the garden borders are gravelled with shrubbery. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps. There are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the ground floor level. There are 19 steps leading to the first floor level.
