You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.

- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

To access the villa there is a path which is 94cm wide alongside 1 small step. The front door has a width of 83cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 122cm wide. There is a small lip of 4cm through the patio doors to the outside area. The outside space is a mixture of concrete, decking, and tiles. The pool itself has ladder access. The ground floor bedroom has a door width of 67cm, whilst the shower room door is 64cm wide. There are 19 steps to the first floor, where the double bedroom door is 74cm wide, and the ensuite door is 79cm wide.
