You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.

Accessibility
To access the villa there is a path which is 105cm wide, leading to a step to the front door, the front door is 82cm wide. The lounge and kitchen/dining room doors are 94cm wide, the living area is open plan, there is a guest WC on the ground floor level. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 78cm wide, the path to the pool is 210cm wide. The outside grounds are flat and even, however the area around the pool is fairly compact. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps. There are multiple steps leading down to the lower floor level, on this level there is another lounge, a utility room, a bedroom and a bathroom. There are 19 steps leading to the first floor level, on this level there are bedrooms and bathrooms.
