You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.

- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

Accessibility
The villa is on one level. To access the villa there is a path which is 290cm wide, leading to 6 steps to the front door, the front door is 86cm wide. The lounge and kitchen/dining room doors are 86cm wide, the living area is open plan. To access the pool there is a door which is 94cm wide, there are 3 steps from the the terrace to the pool area, there are several paths to the pool, the widest is 220cm. The outside grounds are flat and even. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps.
