You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

Beautiful secluded villa with all the facilities you need. Although remote, short walk at side of Bills to Latchi with all its restaurants and boat excursions. Ideal for couples wanting seclusion but access to a resort. Owners very friendly and accommodating! Even brought us grapes and pomegranates! Spectacular views from several balconies. Definitely be going back. Highly recommend.

Excellent villa and pool in nice quiet location with great views. Rural feel but within walking distance to Latchi ( there was a shortcut through the family resort hotel if you’re ok to climb a few steps). Solmar Rep and owner both very helpful and non intrusive.

Comfortable, well-equipped villa in a great location - secluded and private but only 10-15 minute walk to harbour, beach and restaurants. We enjoyed the sea views and stunning sunsets. Lovely fruit from the owner was a bonus!

Villa was perfect for our holiday. Peaceful, restful and private. Had everything we could possibly want. Tassimo coffee machine + pods and blue tooth speaker were really nice added touches. Plenty of good restaurants at the marina a short car drive. A bit too far to walk. The owner Nikolai was delightful. He came to clean the pool and brought us some freshly picked oranges and lemons and some bread his wife had made.

The villa was selflessly clean and had all the facilities we needed to ensure we had a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Although it was a little far out of paphos we appreciated the beautiful views and the quiet and private location. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely consider booking with solmar villas again.
