As soon as we drove up to the gates of this villa we had a good feeling about it - and that feeling was confirmed when we opened the door. This is a beautifully situated villa in a very quiet place yet only 5 minutes drive from Latsi. There's plenty of equipment for a comfortable stay. The whole villa is surrounding by greenery with not only a swimming pool but a hot tub as well. Loved the layout of this single floor villa.

Lovely villa set in it's own grounds. Plenty of space to relax. Villa wasn't as clean as we expected, especially the en suite and main bathroom. This was highlighted to the holiday rep. There was also no safe.

The villa was fabulous, very quiet and peaceful, the swimming pool was great. Latchi was 30 minutes walk away but via car only 3 minutes, with lots of lovely restaurants, Polis is only 5-10 minutes away and there are lots of lovely restaurants also. Another restaurant that we loved was The Watermill in Steni, a family run business that does very good value for money meals which is about 20 mins drive away. Hilary from Solmar villas visited us a day after we arrived with a bottle of wine ,and to check that everything was ok ( there were a couple of issues but they were quickly rectified) Already booked for next year for a 3 weeks stay .

To access the villa there is a path which is 150cm wide alongside 2 steps. The front door has a width of 72cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 78cm wide. When exiting the villa via the patio doors, there are two steps down to the pool area. The remainder of the terrace is flat and tiled with an additional lawn area. The pool itself has step access. This is a ground-floor property. All bedrooms have a door width of 70m, whilst all bathrooms also have a door width of 70cm. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 85cm wide and the door into the lounge area is also 90cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
