This pretty two-bedroom villa is literally a stone’s throw away from the beach! Perfectly positioned, you can walk out from the villa and reach the shore a few yards away. Situated in Latchi, with its quiet beach and small harbour, peppered with fishing vessels, this villa is a great choice for families or friends who want to get away from it all.
Contemporary in design, Villa Sea Side comes with its own private pool and sun loungers. There is an outdoor dining table with oversized sun parasol and a relaxed area for afternoon snacks. If you’re up for a spot of competitive sport, there’s even table football in the shade. Everything you need for a relaxing day in the sun. The villa comes with an open, traditional BBQ and fitted kitchen, if you’re up for a spot of kebab grilling. We’d suggest taking full advantage of Latchi’s amazing harbour restaurants, serving up some of Cyprus’ best seafood dishes.
From Latchi it’s easy to visit the Botanical Gardens and Aphrodite Baths, where the Goddess of Love was said to bathe. The Aphrodite trail is a lovely way to explore Akamas National Park and, if you trek high to Moutti tis Sotiras, you’ll witness the stunning blue lagoons below.

The villa has 3 steps into the villa and the path to the villa is open plan with no restrictions. The front door has a width of 78cm and the other door to access the pool is the dining room door which is 80cm wide. There is only 1 step down to the pool area which is 17cm in height, elsewhere is flat. The pool has a 3-step ladder to enter. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 69cm wide and the widest bath/shower room door on the ground floor which is 60cm wide. Villa Seaside is a lovely little bungalow situated in a great position in Latchi. It is in a quiet cul de sac and you can just see the sea from the front. There are two double bedrooms, one en-suite, and another bathroom with bath and overhead shower. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need including tea towels. Outside there are sufficient sun loungers and chairs with a table. There is a barbecue but we didn’t use this as we like to eat out on an evening. From the Villa you can walk to the marina in around 10 minutes via the promenade aside the beach/sea. Here there are a few restaurants and tavernas where you can enjoy a meal and watch the boats come back into port. There are a few small supermarkets in Latchi and a much larger one in Polis which is a 5 minute car ride away. Overall, Villa Sea Side is a wonderful Villa in a beautiful location and perfect for a relaxing holiday.

Had a great time at Drepanou Bay Villa. The villa was well equipped, spacious and in a great location. Together the Solmar rep and the owner provided great support and regular cleaning of the villa and pool - without being intrusive. We loved the villa's location. It had a beautiful view, plenty of shade, was on a small pretty development within very easy walking distance to the. Beach. It had a lovely barbecue, was well equipped, had a good shower, a nice large living room and the kitchen had a dishwasher and a very good cooker.

The Villa was excellent could not fault it at all- the resort is small and was quiet when we were there, but perfect for us and our son. To explore more I would recommend a car, supermarkets in resort were fine for daily needs, however taxi to Polis for larger supermarket was better/cheaper- around 15 euros return by taxi. Enough restaurants to eat out in, however BBQ at villa was fab for those lazy nights in. Possibly one of the nicest villas we have been too. Would definitely book villa through Solmar again.
