Villa is good, but there were plenty of bugs in the pool. Even there was a pool guy in middle of our stay, the amount of bugs swimming in the pool was quite big. Mattress In living room was dirty with lots of dust. One sun lounger was broken. The billiard table was crooked, it had the shape of a little soap dish so the balls were sliding to the centre of the table. It was also 6ft so very small. There was space even for 9ft table. Mini football table was old, rusty and covered in dust (sand-dust). We have been staying in much better solar villa (that’s why we chose solmar again). Localization is very good, near beach which is also very nice. Air conditioning was good enough, but it’s also quite old and has its own smell. There were not enough toilet paper (2 rolls for 8 days and 5 people). In one bedroom it wasn’t possible to connect two small beds into one, so one couple has to sleep separately.

The house itself was lovely fully equipped however there was a problem with wildlife and stray cats to the point it was too uncomfortable to sit and enjoy the outdoor area by the pool. Birds had built nests on the wall above dining area so unable to eat there because of non stop bird excrement I had to wash and clean everyday as it was too much . Cats sat all over the small seating area and constantly tried entering the villa we were pestered non stop

The villa was exactly like advertised and we loved it. It is walking distance to Latchi harbour and close to Aphrodite Baths and walks. The supermarket in Polis has everything you need. We enjoyed the pool

There are 2 steps to access the villa which also has a large area out from with no restrictions. The front door has a width of 80cm and the other doors that access the pool are the four patio doors which all measure 68cm but these have 2 steps which are both 18cm. The paths from the villa to the pool are large and have no restrictions, the pool area is flat, the area to get to the games area is gravel and paving stones although this can be accessed through the villa. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 71cm wide and the widest bath/shower room on the ground floor is 58cm wide. The doors into the kitchen and the lounge area are both 80cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
