Accessibility

The area where the villa is situated is hilly and mountainous. To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide, leading to 13 steps to the front door, the front door is 87cm wide. The lounge door is 87cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 136cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 125cm wide, there are 2 steps down from the terrace to the pool area, the path to the pool is 115cm wide. The pool/terrace grounds are flat, tiled and even, the garden grounds are gravelled with shrubbery. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps. The ground floor bedroom door is 80cm wide and the ground floor bathroom door is 65cm wide, this is a shower/bath type bathroom. There are 17 steps leading to the first floor level.
