To access the villa there is a path which is 215cm wide, leading to 5 steps to the front door, the front door is 79cm wide. The lounge door is 255cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 227cm wide, there are 17 steps from the lounge area leading down to the lower floor level, on this level there is a utility room, a shower room and comfortable seating area, also to access to the pool/terrace area. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 138cm wide, there are 3 steps from the terrace to the pool area, the path to the pool is 236cm wide. The pool/terrace grounds are flat, tiled and even, the garden grounds are grassed and gravelled with shrubbery. The pool has steps.
