To access the villa there is a path which is 109cm wide, leading to 15 steps to the front door, the front door is 76cm wide. The lounge and kitchen/dining room doors are 100cm wide, the living area is open plan, there are 3 steps from the lounge leading up to a guest WC and bedrooms/bathrooms. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 87cm wide, the path to the pool is 500cm wide. The pool/terrace grounds are flat, paved and even, the mature garden grounds are a combination of gravel and grass, the ground is uneven. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps. There are 3 steps leading up to the bedrooms and bathrooms and there are 13 steps leading down to the lower floor level, the lower floor has a bedroom/bathroom and a utility room.
