Only just booked holiday, but all good so far. Phoned for advice, call was answered quickly and query resolved. Booked online and there was an issue with flights not appearing on confirmation. Called again, picked up straight away and advised flights would be added manually on system. They appeared almost immediately with follow up email, so very impressed with service. Looking forward to holiday and receiving additional information from their ‘concierge service’. If the rest of the holiday process is as good as the initial booking, I’ll recommend without hesitation.

Managed to speak to someone quickly and they emailed information promptly and had listened to what I needed so service was good.. spoke to someone different the next day and all the information had been recorded so the conversation was easy . Biggest benefit was talking to a real person and not having to navigate lots of AI conversations /options .
The phone is answered quickly, staff are polite, helpful and knowledgeable. If you have a query they are always happy to help or sort any problems. We would definitely recommend Solmar.

Accessibility information
Access to the villa is via a 165cm-wide path that leads to two steps up to the front door, which is 81cm wide. Inside, the villa is on a single level. The bedroom doors are 75cm wide, and master en-suite bathroom door is 59cm wide. The kitchen and living/dining area are open-plan, accessible from the entrance door. Patio doors from the lounge / dining area open onto the outdoor terraces, followed by one step down the gravel area of the garden and then on to the evenly paved pool terrace. The swimming pool is accessed via a ladder. Surrounding the pool terrace is a gravel garden with mature shrubs. The BBQ area is located at the side of the villa and can be reached via one step up from the garden or two steps down from the 67cm wide kitchen door.
