This villa is in a mostly flat area. To access the villa there is a path which is 110cm wide and 1 step. The front door has a width of 83cm. The door to the terrace is 80cm wide. The pool terrace is flat and paved, with a small lawn area. There are 3 steps down from the alfresco dining area to the pool area. There is a ladder into the pool. The door to the kitchen/dining area is 71cm, the door to the lounge area is 115cm. The ground floor bedroom door is 65cm wide, and the door to the ensuite is 60cm wide, this ensuite contains a shower.
