There are 2 steps to access the villa with an open plan path. The front door has a width of 78cm and other doors that access the pool are the lounge patio doors which are 90cm wide and can be opened to double this. There is 1 step from the patio to the pool area which is 20cm in height, all other areas are flat. The pool has 5 roman steps into the pool with no handrail. There are 4 steps which are 10cm each in height to the 3 bedrooms and the bathroom with no handrail. There are no bedrooms or bath/shower rooms on the ground floor. The door into the kitchen area is 70cm wide and the door into the lounge area has a width of 78cm. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
