The area where the villa is situated is hilly and mountainous. The villa is on one level. To access the villa there is a path which is 116cm wide, leading to 6 steps to the front door, the front door is 148cm wide. The lounge door is 70cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 265cm wide, the living area is open plan. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 181cm wide, the path to the pool is 174cm wide. The outside grounds are flat and tiled, some areas are grassed. The pool has steps.
