Only just booked holiday, but all good so far. Phoned for advice, call was answered quickly and query resolved. Booked online and there was an issue with flights not appearing on confirmation. Called again, picked up straight away and advised flights would be added manually on system. They appeared almost immediately with follow up email, so very impressed with service. Looking forward to holiday and receiving additional information from their ‘concierge service’. If the rest of the holiday process is as good as the initial booking, I’ll recommend without hesitation.

Managed to speak to someone quickly and they emailed information promptly and had listened to what I needed so service was good.. spoke to someone different the next day and all the information had been recorded so the conversation was easy . Biggest benefit was talking to a real person and not having to navigate lots of AI conversations /options .
The phone is answered quickly, staff are polite, helpful and knowledgeable. If you have a query they are always happy to help or sort any problems. We would definitely recommend Solmar.

This villa is in a mostly flat area. To access the villa there is a path which is 140cm wide and 1 step. The front door has a width of 73cm. The door from the villa to the pool terrace is 100cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 100cm wide, with no steps, the outside terrace area is paved and flat with 1 step down to the lawn area, and 4 steps into the pool, as well as a ladder. The kitchen/dining area and the lounge area are open plan. All rooms are on the ground floor. All bedroom doors are 75cm wide, and the door to the master ensuite is 70cm wide, this ensuite contains a bath with shower over. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
