The villa has 3 steps into it and a path which has a width of 100cm. the front door has a width of 82cm and the other doors to access the pool area are the patio doors from both the dining area and the lounge area which are 120cm wide. The pool area is flat and the garden area gently slopes downhill. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 73cm wide and the widest bath/shower room door on the ground floor is 63cm wide.
